Mallorca Retreat: La Vida Bonita
La Vida Bonita
Spring Retreat
A soulful 5-night women's retreat on the magical island of Mallorca.
La Vida Bonita "the beautiful life" is our signature Spring retreat, inspired by the season's ripe, renewing energy. A space to awaken the senses, harness your energy, and return to the wisdom of the body and heart. An invitation to plant fresh seeds, and step forward with more clarity and aliveness and remember your capacity to create a live that feels alive, connected and in harmony with nature. A true reset for body, mind and spirit.
During the retreat, our days will unfold intentionally, with morning movement and meditation, nourishing shared meals, embodied workshops, time by the sea, a private sailing day on the Mediterranean, candlelit evenings that feel connective and truly so much more.
Our retreats always offer a a balance of spaciousness and support, allowing you to take what you need from the experience.

A chance to experience a deeper embodiment with the parts of you that want to be seen, to lead, to offer something real. To tap into your inner world so that the outer world can finally match that expansion.

Cultivating a Meditation Practice
Curious about meditation, or feeling called to begin a practice but unsure where to start?
A meditation practice isn't something you perfect, it's something you keep coming back to.
In this practical and supportive session, Emma will share the techniques and lessons that have helped her and her students over the years: working with drowsiness and a fidgety body, riding the natural ebbs and flows, adapting rather than forcing and meeting yourself with kindness wherever you are.
We’ll begin with a gentle moving meditation through Qi Gong, allowing the body and breath to settle before transitioning into a seated meditation practice with space for reflection and Q&A to conclude.
