Each experience is created to reconnect with your body’s wisdom, remember what it feels like to live from the heart, and access the clarity that comes through lived experience.
This retreat holds a particularly special place in Varsana’s heart, as it will be held just 20 minutes from where she grew up.
During the retreat, Varsana will be joined by inspiring guest facilitators, each bringing their own unique gifts, practices and perspectives to the experience.
