Over 4 nights, we'll come together in one of our most loved places in rolling countryside in northern Spain.This is our 4th time returning here and every time we leave, we're reminded that some places carry a magic you can't quite explain, only experience.

The Place
La Cura meaning "The Cure" is one of those rare places that immediately invites you to exhale.
Lovingly restored and surrounded by forty acres of walnut trees, it offers understated beauty, deep quiet and a feeling of being completely held by the landscape around you.
Only twenty minutes from Girona and ninety minutes from Barcelona, it feels wonderfully removed from everyday life while remaining easy to reach.
This place has become a familiar haven and we can't wait to share it with you again.

The Food
We believe food is medicine for the body, heart, and soul. Our private chef prepares three beautiful seasonal meals each day using fresh, locally sourced ingredients, crafted with care and intention.
The food is always one of the most loved parts of the experience.
Beyond the practices, the retreat is woven through with opportunities to rest, restore, and be tended to.
The team at La Cura are true masters in their craft - offering holistic massages, energy healing, and a range of treatments, each one an extension of the retreat's intention to support your mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
Throughout your stay you will also have daily access to the saltwater pool, jacuzzi, and sauna - each offering space to soothe your nervous system and unwind into deeper relaxation.

Varsana created HartSpaces from a deep belief in the power of spaces that support you in reconnecting with your inner wisdom, the rhythms of nature, and a community that truly sees you.
Over the past few years, we’ve hosted 15 retreats all over the world, welcoming over 200+ women from all walks of life into these shared, intentional spaces.

Deyanira Almanza is the founder of Luna Yoga Sound & Therapy, a space dedicated to supporting well-being through the integration of Kundalini Yoga, sound healing, and transpersonal psychology.
Inspired by her own healing journey, she has embraced the wisdom of the moon and its natural cycles as a guide for cultivating balance, self-awareness, and personal growth.
Drawing from traditions that have long honored the moon’s influence on the rhythms of life, Deyanira incorporates lunar energy into her practice, using the new moon as a time for intention-setting and the full moon as an opportunity to reconnect with self-love and inner reflection.
Informed by the astrological understanding of the Moon as the keeper of our emotional world, her work encourages a deeper connection with the body, the mind, and the heart.

Sunny has a passion for creating a space of inspiration, compassion, and transformation. Through the wisdom of yoga, she believes in offering an opportunity to reconnect with the self and remember the innate magnificence that exists within each of us. During the retreat, Sunny will guide the yoga practices and offer supportive hands-on assists, helping participants deepen their experience with greater ease, awareness, and connection.
