The Intention A spring Awakening
La Vida Bonita "the beautiful life" is our signature Spring retreat, inspired by the season's ripe, renewing energy. A space to awaken the senses, harness your energy, and return to the wisdom of the body and heart. An invitation to plant fresh seeds, and step forward with more clarity and aliveness and remember your capacity to create a live that feels alive, connected and in harmony with nature. A true reset for body, mind and spirit.
During the retreat, our days will unfold intentionally, with morning movement and meditation, nourishing shared meals, embodied workshops, time by the sea, a private sailing day on the Mediterranean, candlelit evenings that feel connective and truly so much more.

Emily is a holistic therapist and founder of Remedies London, an award-winning, soul-led wellness studio based in North London. Her work draws on ancient traditions and the rhythms of the natural world to create gentle, grounded spaces for rest, reconnection, and deep restoration.
Through reflexology, Zone Face Lift, and nature-based ceremony, Emily offers care that supports the skin, spirit, and nervous system - always attuned to the seasons and the unique needs of each individual. Her approach is intuitive and earth-aligned, with every treatment rooted in vegan, eco-friendly, and natural practices.
This is sacred wellness that remembers - a return to what the body already knows.

Over the past few years, we’ve hosted 14 retreats across the world, welcoming nearly 200 women from all walks of life into these shared, intentional spaces.

Sunny has a passion to create a space for inspiration, compassion and transformation. Through all the wisdom that is yoga, she believes in offering the opportunity to reconnect with the self, with how truly magnificent we all are.
Sunny feels as though teaching really is a gift, to share and witness our immeasurable capacity for love, on and off the mat, and really feels that sharing the practice, and especially on retreat is the most rewarding and beautiful thing to support others wherever they are on their yoga journey.

Day Gomez is the founder of Light & Day Sound Healing Mallorca. She is a multidisciplinary facilitator, meditation teacher, coach, sound practitioner, and Reiki healer. Originally from Los Angeles and now based in Mallorca, Day facilitates sound journeys and wellness experiences that guide people into deeper states of presence, connection, and inner awareness.
Through the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other instruments, she creates immersive spaces for rest, reflection, and transformation. Whether in ceremony or through sound, Day’s work invites participants to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and experience the restorative power of presence and ritual.
Her approach weaves together sound, meditation, energy work, and intentional space-holding to support nervous system regulation, inner clarity, and a deeper relationship with the body and breath. Each session becomes a space to pause, listen inwardly, and reconnect with the subtle rhythms that bring us back into balance.

Alena fromCasa Figuerais a yoga teacher, sound practitioner, and artist based in Mallorca. She creates sensory experiences that invite guests into presence through mindful movement, healing sound, and creative practices rooted in nature.
At our retreat, Alena will guide us through a unique and meditative natural dyeing workshop inspired by the colors and botanicals of the island. Working slowly and mindfully with wild flowers, herbs, and plants, participants create their own silk piece using the gentle alchemy of bundle dyeing. Each scarf becomes a one-of-a-kind wearable artwork infused with the essence of Mallorca and a beautiful, lasting memory of the retreat.

All deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations made within 90 days of the retreat start date are non-refundable.Cancellations made more than 90 days before the retreat may receive a refund of any payments minus the deposit, provided Hartspaces is able to fill your spot.
Guests are welcome to transfer their booking to another person at any time, subject to approval by Hartspaces.

Yes, we offer payment plans for all of our retreats. Simply select the room you're interested in to view the available options.
