This retreat is a space to reconnect—with our bodies, the land, other women, and with the nature around us.
We’ll move, breathe, rest, sing, share, and be held by daily practices like yoga, meditation, movement, sound healing, somatics and embodiment—with optional gentle assists and rituals like cupping—to inspire you to infuse self-connection and self-love rituals into your every day as we move into the darker days of winter
There will be time to enjoy nature, nourishing food, and space to simply be. No pushing. Just softening into what’s already here.
Let Love In is about opening to the joy that flows when we root in the energy of our hearts, creating a more loving connection with ourselves—and with community, where love can flow freely in and out, especially when we come together in community.

Our Magical Space in Mallorca
We’ve been told by locals that November is the month to visit this island . The water is warm, the crowds have gone, and we’ll have the space to soak up the sea and enjoy slow hikes through the rolling hills of Deià.
Our retreat home, Son Rullan, is a historic Templar monastery dating back to the 14th century, nestled in Mallorca’s stunning Sierra de Tramuntana—a UNESCO World Heritage site. It’s surrounded by a timeless olive grove that has thrived for centuries. This Balearic gem has been beautifully restored, carefully preserving the charm of its white plaster walls and lime interiors. Just a short walk from the picturesque village of Deià, known for its breathtaking scenery and vibrant artistic community.

Hey, I’m Varsana. Honestly, I’m just so grateful you found your way here. I started Hartspaces because I believe in creating spaces that are about you reconnecting with your own wisdom, the pulse of nature, and a community that truly sees you.
Our retreats are made with so much love and intention—to meet you exactly where you’re at in your journey. They’re a space to slow down and pour some love back into your life; to awaken to the body’s wisdom, the feeling of living from the heart, the warmth that comes from being in community, and the clarity that arrives through direct, embodied, lived experience.

Emily is a holistic therapist and founder of Remedies London, an award-winning, soul-led wellness studio based in North London. Her work draws on ancient traditions and the rhythms of the natural world to create gentle, grounded spaces for rest, reconnection, and deep restoration.
Through reflexology, Zone Face Lift, and nature-based ceremony, Emily offers care that supports the skin, spirit, and nervous system - always attuned to the seasons and the unique needs of each individual. Her approach is intuitive and earth-aligned, with every treatment rooted in vegan, eco-friendly, and natural practices.
This is sacred wellness that remembers - a return to what the body already knows.

Based in Cornwall, UK, Lou is a Reiki Master and yoga teacher specialising in restorative styles. Her offerings blend Reiki, yoga and guided visualisation to create deeply nourishing experiences. She delivers Reiki training internationally and is passionate about facilitating rest, healing and reconnection. Lou’s teaching style is gentle, spacious and energetically attuned, offering a pause from daily life and a return to the body's innate wisdom. Her sessions are designed to support nervous system regulation, promote deep relaxation and create a sense of renewal.

Born and raised in India and now based in Ireland, Manasi is a yoga teacher and wellness practitioner passionate about supporting others on their healing journeys. What began as a path to recover from a chronic back injury grew into a deep, holistic practice rooted in yoga philosophy, mindful movement, and energy healing.She also holds sacred chanting circles—powerful spaces for connecting with the higher self and collective energy through mantra chanting. These gatherings support healing, release, and transformation, allowing participants to experience peace, raised vibrations, and unity through shared intention.Manasi’s work blends yoga, wellness, and energy healing practices to create heart-centered connections and safe spaces for people to explore and embrace their true selves.
